M.Sc./M.S. in Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Ecology, Molecular Biology, Botany, Zoology, Physiology, Biotechnology, Neurosciences, Bioinformatics, Marine Biology, Geology, Human Biology, Genetics, Biomedical Sciences, Applied Physics, Geophysics, Materials Science or Environmental Science. KVPY 2014 Important Dates: Application form begins July 20, 2014 Last date for request of Application form By Post Aug 28, 2014 Last date for closing of Online Application Sep 8, 2014 Last Date for receipt of the completed application Sep 8, 2014 Admit Card date Oct (tentatively) Exam Date Nov 2, 2014 KVPY 2014 Selection Procedure: The Selection Procedure for KVPY 2014 for the eligible students consists of two stages: Aptitude Test and Interview. KVPY 2014 Exam Pattern: The Exam Pattern of KVPY 2014 in the aptitude test is a paper-pen format with 100 questions to answer. Each year cutoff for both general and SC/ST/PWD candidates is declared by KVPY. The aptitude test does not follow any prescribed syllabus, but students are tested as per the syllabus of class X/XII/First year of B.Sc./B.S./B.Stat./B.Math./Int. M.Sc./M.S as applicable.. Amounts of scholarships to the students are provided until their pre-Ph.D level: BASIC SCIENCES Monthly Fellowship Annual Contingency Grant SA/SX/SB - during 1st to 3rd years of - B.Sc./B.S./B.Stat./B.Math. / Integrated M.Sc. /M.S.
