Imp Notes:

For Individual - at Account level changes, all the account holders need to sign whereas at CRN level changes, respective CRN holder has to sign

For Non-Individual, signatures as per MOP required.

Please Note:

To be joined by a duplicate of the newspaper warning alongside refreshed PAN Card. In the event that the difference in name is because of marriage,

1. For change in address, please give verification (self bore witness to) of the new address by presenting a duplicate of Passport/Driving License/Election

Card/Electricity Bill or Landline Telephone Bill, not over 3 months old (For Demat) and for CASA according to KYC Grid. Likewise for change
