Can you please help me in getting the details of the admission to the Kothari international school?

Kothari International School is run under the aegis of Sharda Mansukhlal Kothari Charitable Trust that manages the school.

Here are the details of the admission to the school-

Classification of the classes at the school-

Pre-Primary - Kindergarten I and Kindergarten II
Primary - Grades 1 to 5
Middle School - Grades 6 to 8
Senior School - Grades 9 and 10
Senior Secondary School - Grades 11 and 12

Prospectus of the school will be available at the school reception between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

Procedure to get the admissions

Visit the School, Pay Registration Fees, and Collect the Prospectus of the school.

Admission Test and Interaction details shall be intimated by the admissions office subsequently over the phone to the parents of the child .

Results of Admission Test and Interaction with the Parents shall be communicated by the school.

Please visit the school thereafter, Pay the Fees and complete the admission formalities at the school.

Following documents have to be submitted while seeking the admissions to the school:

One passport size photograph each of mother and father.

Five passport size photographs of the child.

Photocopy of the child’s Birth Certificate.

Original Transfer Certificate/School leaving certificate duly attested.

Photocopy of original marksheet of last exam passed.

Proof of Residence.

Health Record:

Medical Certificate

Details of allergies and any other chronic ailment.

A copy of the vaccination card.

The Academic Session for year 2014-2015 will commence in April, 2014.

Age Criteria for Pre K is 2.5 years as on 1st of March 2014.
Age Criteria for K1 is 3+ as on 1st of March 2014.
Age criteria for K2 is 4+ as on 1st of March 2014.

Fee schedule –

The Fees is to be deposited as per the following schedule :

1st Quarter - 10th April
2nd Quarter - 10th July
3rd Quarter - 10th October
4th Quarter - 10th January
