b) (If there is trouble in paying charge through challan) Fee might be paid through Demand Draft attracted support of Finance Officer, Kuvempu University payable at State Bank of Mysore, Jnana Sahyadri Branch or State Bank of India, Shankaraghatta Branch or some other nationalized bank payable at Shimoga. Compose name of the Candidate, and Course and year for which charge is paid on the opposite of the Demand Draft without come up short.

3. OMR Application Form - attach one stamp size photo on it.

7. Affirmation Registration (Confirmation) Card alongside stamp size photographs wherever required. Photographs fastened on this card ought to be authenticated by a Gazetted Officer.
