ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

Candidate who has completed LL.B./B.L. from any University recognised by UGC is eligible for admission to LL.M. course.


LL.M. (Business Law)
Duration: 2 Years

First Year

1. Law and Social Transformation in India
2. Indian Constitutional Law : The new Challenges
3. Judicial Process
4. Legal Education and Research Methodology
5. Practicals: Doctrinal and Non-doctrinal Research
6. Law and Intellectual Property rights

Second Year

7. Legal Regulations of Economic Enterprises
8. Law of Export - Import Regulations
9. Banking Law
10. Insurance Law
11. Corporate Finance
12. Environmental Law
13. Dissertation

All papers are of 100 marks of which 30 marks is for Internal Assessment and 70 for Theory.
Paper 5 (Practicals) does not have Internal Assessment.
Paper 13 (Dissertation) is of 100 marks of which 75 will be for Dissertation and 25 for viva voce.
