Buddy Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) is not that much difficult as you thinking if you will do more practice and hard work the exam is easy and here I will get details about the exam. Eligibility The KVPY Fellowships are solely for Indian Nationals; Only applicants who are pursuing or intend to pursue an undergraduate course in Basic Sciences i.e B.Sc./B.S./B.Math./B.Stat./Int. M.Sc./M.S. in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biochemistry, Statistics, Cell Biology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Ecology, Zoology, Botany, Biotechnology, Physiology, Bioinformatics, Neurosciences, Geology, Marine Biology, Human Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Genetics, Applied Physics, Materials Science, Geophysics or Environmental Science will be considered for the award of the fellowship. Application fees For General Category/OBC: Rs 1000+KVAT @ 5.5%=Rs. 1055 For SC/ST/PWD: Rs 500+KVAT @ 5.5%= Rs. 528 Exam pattern The candidates can appear in the aptitude test in either for format – computer-based and paper-pen mode. A total of 80 questions are asked for SA stream and 120 questions for SB/SX stream to answer in the OMR-sheet. There is no prescribed syllabus for the aptitude test, but students are tested according to their syllabus of Class X/XII/First year of B.Sc/B.S/B.Stat/B.Math/Int. M.Sc/M.S, whatever is applicable.
