Hey Mohan!! As you know that Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojna is national level fellowship programme in Basic Sciences conducted by the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore.

Admit card of this fellowship programme of 2016 will be releases on Second week of October, 2016

Eligibility Criteria

-Only Indian National candidates are eligible for the KVPY fellowships/scholarships.

-student must of class XI to first year of undergraduate programme in Basic Sciences – B.Sc/B.S/B.Stat/B.Math/Int. M.Sc/M.S. in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology.


Selection Procedure

The candidates are to go through two stages of selection procedure – Aptitude Test and Interview.

After a scrutiny of the application forms, the eligible candidates are called for a written aptitude test.


Application Fee

-For General Category/OBC: Rs 1000+KVAT @ 5.5%=Rs. 1055

-For SC/ST/PWD: Rs 500+KVAT @ 5.5%= Rs. 528
