The Kentucky Public Service Commission is a three part authoritative body with semi administrative and semi legal obligations and forces directing more than 1,500 utilities. It is supported by an evaluation paid by all utilities under the Commission's locale in view of an utility's yearly gross intrastate incomes. Scope Right now, the Commission manages the intrastate rates and administrations of speculator claimed electric, characteristic gas, phone, water and sewage utilities, client possessed electric and phone cooperatives, water locale and affiliations, and certain parts of gas pipelines.
