National Housing Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Reserve Bank of India, was set up on 9 July 1988 under the National Housing Bank Act, 1987.

Provisions), HFCs (NHB) Directions), 2010 and NCD Directions, KYC &
PMLA – Reporting to FIU-IND, Consumer issues on HFCs – Fair Practices
Code, DSAs, Recovery agents, MITC, GRIDS, Submission of Returns, Data
processing and Analysis, Inspection (Common observations) etc

Nomination Fee:
(Electronic Payment Only)
• Residential (single occupancy): 20,000.00
• Residential (twin sharing): 10,000.00
• Non Residential: 8,000.00
• Nomination fee is inclusive of GST and other charges, if applicable.
Participant: Junior /Middle level Officers of HFCs
