Educational Qualification:
Three Years full time course in law after graduation OR Five years course in law after twelfth Standard.

Experience
Minimum of one year experience as a rehearsing Advocate or working in a presumed Law Firm or Company. For practising Advocates, the experience must be after enrolment in the Bar and for working competitors, it must be post capability.

Experience ought to ideally identify with drafting Agreements, planning Court/Arbitration papers, instructions Counsel, and so forth considerably covering the law identifying with Contracts, Sale of Goods, Transfer of Property, Intellectual Property and Consumer Protection.
