Levocetirizine is a third-Generation Non-Sedative antihistamine, developed from the second-generation antihistamine cetirizine. Chemically, levocetirizine is the active enantiomer of cetirizine. The dosage is based on your age, medical condition, and response to treatment. Do not increase your dose or take this medication more often than directed.
