Life of IES: The Training: The training for the IES officers is an amazing experience in its own. Pay and perks: The pay of an IES officer is comparable or sometimes more than the private sector IES Officer Salary IES Officer Salary at Entry-Level Like all other government and private jobs, entry-level salary of an IES officer is different from those who are highly experienced and working on this post for a longer tenure.
