ICICI bank exam is followed by following phase Aptitude Tests Group Discussion (This method is primarily used for campus selection process) Psychometric Profiling Personal Interview Here I’m providing you few questions: 1) Why are you leaving your current role? 2) Why do you want this particular role in this particular business? 3) Do you match our competencies? 4) What’s unique about you? How are you different to all the other people we are seeing? 5) Can you take me through your career? 6) What are your weaknesses? 7) What are your aspirations? 8) Are you honest? 9) Why were you selected for redundancy? 10) Do you have any questions for me? |
