Hi I am interested in having the Master of Legislative course syllabus which is offered by the Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University?

The span of the LL.M program might be TWO scholastic years spreading more than FOUR semesters with the University Examinations at the end of every Semester. Every Academic Year should comprise of Two Semesters. The scholastic Session for the Odd Semesters i.e. 1st and 3rd Semester, will begin similarly as practicable from 1st of July consistently and for the Even Semester i.e 2nd and 4th will start, similar to practicable, from 1st of January consistently.

An examination for each of the semester might be held twice in a year at such places and on such dates as might be settled by the University every once in a while. The charges for the examination additionally should be endorsed by the University now and again.

Semesterised LL.M Course

In LL.M Semesterised Course, there are Six papers on foundation courses, which are compulsory for all. There are Seven subjects specialization groups, which are optional.

They are:

Group A - International Law

Group B - Constitutional Law and Administrative Law

Group C - Intellectual Property Laws.

Group D - Business Law

5)
Group E - Environment and Legal Order

6)
Group F- Labour, Capital and Law

7)
Group G Criminal Law

Aspirants have to select any one group of specialization which has
six papers. The aspirants will have to prosecute regular full time course
of study. For each paper the total marks will be out of 100 i.e. 20 marks for internal assessment and 80 marks for theory. In each of the group 25 aspirants will be admitted on merit in the Department of Law.
