The LNM Institute of Information Technology (LNMIIT) is a deemed university. It is a public-private partnership venture between the LNM foundation and the Government of Rajasthan and operates as an autonomous non-profit organization.

Eligibility Criteria for admissions to all the Undergraduate Programmes will be through the following modes:

JEE (Main) Mode

One must be appearing in JEE (Main) Examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
One must have secured an aggregate of at least 60% Marks or equivalent Grade in Class 10th Examination.
One must have secured an aggregate of at least 60% Marks or equivalent Grade in Class 12th Examination.
One must have secured an aggregate of at least 60% Marks or Equivalent Grade in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in Class 12th Examination.

DASA (Direct Admission to Students from Abroad) Mode only for Foreign Nationals/ PIOs/ NRIs

Residential Requirements
One must be a Foreign National/ a Person of Indian Origin residing outside India.
A Foreign National may have completed the qualifying exam in any country (including India).
However, for a person of Indian origin, one must have completed Class 11th and 12th or equivalent from outside India.

Academic Eligibility
One must have a minimum valid score of 1440 in SAT Subject Tests (Subjects: Mathematics Level 2, Physics, and Chemistry).
One must have secured an aggregate of at least 60% Marks or equivalent Grade in Class 10th Examination.
One must have secured an aggregate of at least 60% Marks or equivalent Grade in Class 12th Examination.
One must have secured an aggregate of at least 60% Marks or Equivalent Grade in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in Class 12th Examination or equivalent.


Lateral Entry Mode For students of other Institutes after 1st & 2nd Semester


One must have secured an aggregate of at least 60% Marks or equivalent Grade in Class 10th Examination.
One must have secured an aggregate of at least 60% Marks or equivalent Grade in Class 12th Examination.
One must have secured an aggregate of at least 60% Marks or Equivalent Grade in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in Class 12th Examination.

If one is applying after 1st Semester:
One must have appeared in JEE (Main) Examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).One must have a JEE (Main) percentile equal or above the Branch-wise Cut-off of the current academic year (LNMIIT Merit List).

If one is applying after 2nd Semester:
One must have appeared in JEE (Main) Exam conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
One must have a JEE (Main) Score equal or above the Branch-wise Cut-off of the previous academic year (LNMIIT Merit List).
One must have secured an aggregate of at least 75% Marks or equivalent Grade in Semester I or II, whichever is applicable.
