Hey buddy The Master of Business Administration (MBA or M.B.A.) is a master's degree in business administration (management).

As you have done MBA and it is a PG course and now you want to do M.Com so in my opinion it is not required as M.Com is also a PG course and I wont effect more on your resume if you strictly want to go in the Management field as the MBA is sufficient but is you want to change you line then M.Com is ok
