The eligibility required for M. Ed Entrance Exam in Panjab University, Chandigarh are as follows:

• One has to pass B. Ed with 55% aggregate marks, if belonging to General category, while 50% if they are from SC or ST or OBC.

• One through Correspondence is only applicable for in-service teachers, but those from General Category need to have 55% while from SC or ST or BC or PD should have 50% of aggregate marks from the recognized university.

• One should have two years of paid work experience which should be from a school recognized by a Board of School Education established by law or in College affiliated to this university or recognized by a university.

• Even the part-time experience is counted towards teaching experience only if the teaching experience has been paid.

• One needs to satisfy domicile requirements of India.


Age Limit
The minimum age limit that the candidate needs to attain is 25 years as of the examination year.
