Admissions to the M.Tech. Programmes of Anna University will be through the TANCET exam directed by Anna University.

Eligibility Criteria:

For M. Tech/M.E – Applicants must have passed B. Tech/B.E in the respective discipline with an aggregate of 50% (45% in case of SC/ST applicants )

Counselling form for M.E , M.Tech admissions are to be released on last week of june 2015

TANCA Rank List Published on second week of August 2015

TANCA Counselling Begins :third week of August 2015 ( GATE )

TANCA 2014 Counselling Ends : last week of August 2015 ( Non – GATE )

Counselling Details :
Counselling will be held at Anna University, Chennai

Students attend the counselling with all the original certificates.

TANCET Counselling Fee: Rs 5,300 (Rs 1,150/- for SC / SCA / ST Students belonging to Tamil Nadu)

Payment Mode: DD or Cash, of Rs 300 (Rs 150/- for SC/SCA/ST Students belonging to Tamil Nadu.

DD must be drawn in favour of “The Secretary, TANCA, Anna University” payable at Chennai.
