NIIT University is offers integrated M.Tech program with B.Tech in various specializations.

Eligibility for M.Tech Program:

Candidates should pass with minimum 60% marks in High School (10th) exam.
They are also got minimum 60% marks in 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and mathematics from any Board in India or its equivalent from any other country.

Candidates should have minimum 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.67 on a scale of 10 or its equivalent in 4-year B.E./B.Tech or its equivalent in the engineering streams of Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electronics & Communications, and Electrical.

For M.Tech program Master in Computer Applications (MCA) also apply.

Candidates have Masters in CSE/Electronics/IT/Physics from any recognized University in India or abroad.

Also have Letter of sponsorship from employer.
