M.tech admission criteria
Passed B.E/B.Tech or AMIE or equivalent in Mechanical or Industrial & Production or Manufacturing Science or Automobile Engineering with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
50% marks required in the Manipal Academy of Higher Education Online Entrance Test.

Entrance Test Pattern

Entrance Test Type: Manipal Academy of Higher Education Online Entrance Test (MAHE-OET) 2018


Test Pattern: Duration- 1.30 hours. There will be one question paper of 60 multiple choice questions (MCQ ) of the objective type. Each question carries four marks, each correct answer will be awarded four marks. One mark will be deducted from the score for each wrong answer. Each paper shall have 50 Questions from the respective disciplines & 10questions from Engineering Mathematics.

Based on the qualifying degree, candidate is expected to select any ONE of the NINE disciplines listed below in the online test booking system. Request for change of discipline after selection in online test booking system will not be considered. The choice of the paper is the responsibility of the candidate.
