MBA House is a residential hub for connections between students, staff, alumni and the graduate student community. Providing single and double occupancy furnished suites plus great amenities MBA house offers ideal student rental accommodations.


Residents Fees

Security Deposit:

-50% of one (1) Month’s Rent
-The Security Deposit is a one-time charge at the beginning of the lease term which is held by Village Gate Homes until the end of your lease term.

The Security Deposit less any damages or outstanding fees is refunded to you at the end of your lease term.


Monthly Cost:

-Single Unit – $975.00/Month

-Double Unit – $1,250.00/Month


Other Fees:

-Late Fees and NSF Cheques: $35.00 per occurrence

-Lost Keys: $25.00 per occurrence and per key

-Lost Key Fob: $100.00 per occurrence and per fob

-Lockout charge: $50.00 plus tax per occurrence

-Transfer of unit: $200.00


Payment Schedule:

Payments are made quarterly to Village Gate Homes, payable every 3 months, kindly note that we only accept Credit Card Payments for the first payment instalment.


First Instalment:

Due upon signing includes Security Deposit (50% of one (1) month’s rent) plus August, September, October’s Rent

Second Instalment:
Due November 1st, includes November, December and January’s Rent

Third Instalment:
Due February 1st, includes February, March and April’s Rent

Final Instalment:
Due May 1st, includes May, June and July’s Rent
