Indonesian citizen applicants must submit original TPA BAPPENAS certificate held by OTO Bappenas*
Original certified and legalized copy of undergraduate academic transcript (1 copy)
Recent color photographs sized 4X6 cm (1 sheet)
Original TOEFL/IELTS certificate (if any) as a substitute of ELPT result held by UPT Bahasa ITB*
Non-Indonesian passport holder applicants must submit original GMAT certificate
