Work PROFILE

In charge of execution of Plant Strategies and deliverables adjusting to the organization's key heading, qualities and objectives in Finance Function.

Must have experience on Manufacturing area.

1-Budgeting, Annual Operating Plan, Monthly Current View

- Annual Budget planning, Quarterly Rolling Forecast and Monthly Current View Forecast Process and Analysis of Actual Results and contrasting and the monetary allowance, Current View and Variance Analysis;

- Balance Sheet and P&L Forecasting.

2-Product Costing

- Product Costing and Margin Analysis;

- Product Cost Variance Analysis;

- Cost Change Project Tracking, driving operation group for further open doors;

- New Product Cost audit with Reasons for Variance against gauge;

3-Monthly Period Closing and Reporting

- Month end books shutting exercises, Coordinating with GFC to guarantee fitting procurements are considered for Monthly book conclusion;

- Preparation and Analytical audit on unit level B/S, P&L.

4-Fixed Asset

- Fixed Asset Accounting, Controlling, Capitalisation and Tracking of Various ventures under CWIP.

- Custodian of Fixed Asset at the Location and at Vendors place.

5-Inventory and Working Capital Management

- Inventory Controlling and GIT Accounting

6-Accounts Payable

- Tracking of Open GRIR and Advances i.e. Import, Domestic Vendors, FA, Employees.

- Cash Management Report and Exposure Report (For Foreign Payments).

- Vendor Reconciliation and auspicious clearing of GL a/cs

7-Compliance and Audit

- Preparation of different Schedules for Audit/Sox Compliance;

- Handling Statutory/Cost/Internal review and their questions;

- Ensuring Companies Policies and Procedures are held fast to by all.

8-The competitor ought to have Strong Knowledge on :-

1.SAP CR/IR Accounting - Clearing accounts

2.SAP Payable Accounting

3.SAP Costing
