Successful completion of the MBA Career Management involves the issue of an MBA and justice to use the title of Master Career Management (MLM).

University master's level

The MBA Career Management is professional-oriented training at university master's level.

During the course looks through education and research at university level to, or addressed the professional practice of career coaching.

Study contents

The MBA Career Management leads participants to academically oriented career professionals.

It raises them above the everyday professional and therefore able to work on a strategic level, reflect and advise on the topics covered.

The training helps to strengthen analytical and distinctive.

The participants will build on existing knowledge in relevant adjacent areas and challenges them to think more strategic level and act when it concerns the career and mobility issues.
