The Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland MBA/MRED Degree, Combining business management expertise with specialized knowledge of real estate development.

MBA/MRED Degree

The combination of real estate development knowledge and business management expertise will offer students the skill and practice to become innovators who will have impactful and unparalleled careers in real estate.

The curriculum will provide students with a broad base of business knowledge, management skills, and theory applicable to a wide range of business, and the specialized knowledge and applied skills in developing, financing, and managing real estate assets.

Graduation Requirements-

The dual degree program, which can be completed in 2 to 2.5 years, requires a total of 74 credits, with 42 credits from the MBA program and 32 credits from the MRED program.

MRED classes are offered in the evening at College Park.

Applications for fall 2017 start are now being accepted!

Complete applications must be received by the dates indicated below.
