The Nilai University is offering MBA for 2 years duration. This MBA develops a working knowledge of key concepts on strategic human resource management, human resource development and industrial relations management.

Student will be able to apply key concepts in HRM towards identifying and solving problems in the management of human resources.

They should be required to write a project paper on current issues on human resource management.

This programme has been approved by the Higher Education Department, Ministry of Education Malaysia.

Entry Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (minimum CGPA 2.50 or equivalent)
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (CGPA 2.50) AND 5 years of working experience

Duration of Study:
Min. 1 year (full time)
Min. 2 years (part time)
