The details of the Masters in Business Administration programme in International Business from the Sorbonne Graduate Business School are as follows: Aims This 17-month part-time MBA program focuses on constructing core business management competencies while leveraging on the vast cultural diversity of aspirants coming from different countries and different disciplines from all over the world. Created more than 50 years ago, IAE de Paris has long-drawn-out on its traditional French MBA Program to build this training in English for their international students. Competencies The aim is to present students a double competency. Building upon an preliminary education in any field other than business administration and a work experience of at least three years, the International MBA program allows aspirants to obtain a solid foundation of business fundamentals. Competencies acquired are both of a functional (finance, accounting, marketing, human resource management,…) and a cross-functional, transversal type (corporate social responsibility, leadership, intercultural management, …). Job Opportunities Double competency is a springboard to the professional development of graduates because it allows them to achieve managerial positions, particularly in the European subsidiaries of global companies. Insofar as the International MBA program is a generalist course in business administration, target jobs for graduates are located in all functions of industry activity.
