The WBS MBA (Wits Business School Master in Business Administration) programme, accredited by the Association of MBAs is the School’s flagship academic programme and is renowned the globe over. It uses a combination of cutting-edge theory and guided practical application to develop the skills needs to be a great manager and leader both within Africa and also globally. Entry Requirements • 4 year degree (NQF 8) OR 3 year degree plus PG-Dip (NQF 8) • Post-university work experience: A minimum of 3 years for the full-time programme, 4 years for the part-time programme • Acceptable GMAT score OR Wits Admission Test (Psychometric Tests). • Mathematics: A level of competence equivalent to the requirements of the SA Matriculation certificate is advisable • SAQA Accreditation (international applicants only). SAQA Help desk: 012 431-5070 • Proof of English language proficiency (for students who have not studied at tertiary level in English) • WBS PDM graduates who graduated in the last 4 years are exempted from testing • If you have a three year degree (NQF 7) or do not have the required entrance qualifications you may be accepted onto the MBA via two routes: o Provisional offer onto the MBA pending successful completion of the WBS PDBA or o In exceptional circumstances, accepted straight onto the MBA via Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) based on an outstanding career track record Additional Entry Requirements • Complete an online application form • Complete an additional application form (Management Part 3 Form) • Pay a non-refundable application fee of R200 • Upload copies of degree certificates as well as copies of academic transcripts/ records related to all academic qualification/s. • Upload current CV (only required if have been working for 2 or more years) • WBS Admission Test The admission test is compulsory for all applicants applying to the PDBA programme and it is the responsibility of one to ensure to book and sit for the test. • This test may be written before or after an application has been submitted; however one should take note that an application will only be reviewed once the test is written. • Applications are processed on a rolling acceptance basis.
