Yes, you are eligible for MBBS as its minimum eligibility states that you must have passed 12th Standard and minimum age must be 17 years

AIIMS MBBS Eligibility:

Age:
You should have attained or need to attain the age of 17 (seventeen) years as on the 31st of December of the year of admission.

Essential Qualifications:
-You should have passed the 12th Class under School Certificate Examination or Intermediate Science (I.Sc.) or an equivalent examination of a recognized University or Board of any Indian State with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects.
-For a General and OBC candidate minimum aggregate marks in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology is 60% and that for SC&ST is 50 %.

For Foreign Nationals:
-Foreign candidates nominated by the Government of India are required to have minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, English and Biology in their Intermediate Science or an equivalent examination.
-They are NOT required to appear in the AIIMS Entrance Examination.
