PMT Application form-

Candidate may collect the application form from the premises of Administrative Complex of KHS or MGIMS by payment of Rs 4000/-
Or
Candidate may download the application form from the official website of the University.

Important Dates-

The starting of the application form - 22 December 2014
The last date of submission of the application form – 20 March 2015
Exam date - 19 April 2015

Academic Qualification:-

Candidate must have passed 12th standard examination u of Maharashtra State Higher Secondary Education Board or equivalent examination.

Age Limitation:-

The candidate must attain 17 years of age
