Program Requirements:
Current enrollment in full-time MBA program.
Four-year undergraduate degree: business, engineering or related quantitative field preferred but not required.
Current authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualification:
Superior academic track record and standardized test scores.
Previous work experience in management consulting, finance, consumer products, marketing and/or brand management.
Leadership experience with groups of diverse people of varying skills, educational levels, cultural backgrounds and experience.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills, in both verbal and written form. Able to present information in clear, concise terms to all position levels within the Company, including senior executives. Ability to be persuasive yet tactful.
Excellent analytical and financial skills and business acumen.
Research resourcefulness.
Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure of deadlines, while working independently. Knows how to escalate appropriately.
