Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) is an undertaking of the administration of Maharashtra state in India and is the main organization of Maharashtra. The Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) has begun overview to build up the proposed textile parks at Sayane in Malegaon tehsil of the area and would send the proposition to create base, for example, street, water supply, streetlights to the head office in Mumbai, in a matter of seconds.

The MIDC has proposed the material park on 113 hectares, of which, 100 hectares have been gained by the MIDC as such. The state organization is getting the remaining area.

An authority from MIDC said that they have gained 100 hectares of the aggregate 113 hectares at Sayane in Malegaon tehsil for the proposed material park. They have as of now begun study preceding creating base there. The use is evaluated at around Rs 30 crore.

At Satpur and Ambad mechanical bequests, both inside as far as possible, are completely possessed and there is no area accessible for further development. Modern development has been hampered because of non-accessibility of area here. At this point, land obtaining at a few areas would help the modern segment.

The MIDC has advised around 5,000 hectares for commercial ventures over the locale and they are under different phases of procurement. Around 200 of 339 hectares have been obtained at Talegaon-Akrale in Dindori tehsil, while 109 hectares and 100 hectares have been gained at Yeola. Also, arrangements with ranchers for procuring 128 hectares at Gonde and 109 hectares at Sinnar are to be begun.
