Hey!! The Department of Biotechnology, Mizoram University was established in the year 2007.

The department offers a two year M. Sc. Degree Course in Biotechnology. Research programs leading to M. Phil and Ph. D degrees are also being offered in the department.

The department is undertaking research projects and has attracted funds from various National agencies such as DBT, DST, CSIR, ICAR, UGC and Mizoram Govt. Health Department.
