Mode of Admission In Jadavpur University
Hi buddy I have complete graduation and want to do PG from Jadavpur University, so can you here tell me admission mode/process for the same ?? As you want to do PG from Jadavpur University and for the same asking for admission mode/process so here I am telling same for you: A candidate can apply for PG program like M.E./M.Tech./M.Pharm ./M.Arch Courses online through Jadavpur University official website Admission dates Availability of PG Application form 19 Apr 2016 Last date of online Registration 04 May 2016 Last date of online submission of application receipt 06 May 2016 (till 5 pm) Verification of Documents 23 May 2016 Date of Entrance Test 23 May to 31 May 2016 1st Provisional Selection list and Waiting list to be published 27 May to 06 Jun 2016 Admission mode/ process Submit separate Application Form for Separate Course/s through online and obtain separate receipt from S.B.I. with different journal number. After publication of 1st Selection List a students once takes admission according to 1st Selection List in any course / course with specialization, his/her selection in all other remaining course/s will be automatically cancelled. Failure to appear at the Admission Test on the specified date will cancel his/her candidature without any further correspondence. Registration of application or fulfillment of minimum eligibility criteria does not confer any right of the applicant to be called for admission test. Submission of application does not confer any right on the candidate for being issued Admit Card and also for being called for Admission Test/Counselling. Application fee is not refundable under any circumstances. The Admission Committee reserves the right of not selecting any students who is considered physically unfit or otherwise unsuitable. Total number of seats available in any course shall first be filled up with GATE/GPAT Category (A) and Sponsored Category (B) students as per availability of seats in the respective categories. Thereafter, if vacancies exist, Self-Sponsored Category (C) students may be considered to fill up such vacancies. If vacancies exist in Sponsored Category (B), then vacancies will be filled by Self-Sponsored Category (C) only. All J.U. courses are non- residential. Hostel seats are not guaranteed.
