MPSC After Engineering

I have completed my mechanical engineering and want to give the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) exam. Will you tell me is there any vacancies available for engineering students also tell me types of post I can apply in MPSC after engineering?

Maharashtra Engineering Service exam is a paper-pen based state engineering entrance examination directed by the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) for recruitment of Assistant Civil Engineer

The MPSC conducts various recruitment examinations for Group A, B and C vacancies in the Maharashtra state administration.

Yes you can apply for MPSC Exam after completing your engineering degree.

Eligibility for Maharashtra Engineering Services:-

Age: Aspirants aged between 19 and 38 years of age are eligible to apply.

Educational Qualification: Civil Engineering Degree from recognized university or its equivalent.

Exam pattern:

Preliminary Exam
There will be two paper in Prelims Exam as Paper I and II.
Both the Papers will be Objective Type.
The time duration for Paper I and II would be 2 hours each.
Total marks will be 200 Marks for each.

Paper 1 2 Hours 200 Objective
Paper 2 2 Hours 200 Objective

I General Studies: History and Geography 150 Objective
II General Studies: Indian Constitution and Politics 150 Objective

Total 800

Important dates:

State Service Examination Application will be out in December 2019
MPSC State Service Exam Prelims 2020 will take place on 05 April 2020
MPSC State Service Exam Mains 2020 will take place on 07, 09, 10 July 2020
