The National Defence Academy (NDA) is the Joint Services academy of the Indian Armed Forces, where cadets of the three services, the Army, the Navy and the Air Force train together before they go on to pre-commissioning training in their respective service academies.

Qualification:

Must have passed Matriculation Examination OR equivalent from a recognized Board

Selection process:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of written and trade test, candidates will be shortlisted for interview, based on their performance in written and trade test.

Syllabus: –

Questions on General Intelligence and Reasoning will be non-verbal considering the functions attached to the post.

Questions on Numerical Aptitude and General English up to the level of minimum educational qualification prescribed for each post will be such that an average matriculate will be in a position to answer them comfortably Questions on General awareness will also be of similar standard.
