As you asking I am telling Sophisticated Analytical Instruments Facility (SAIF) IIT Bombay was established in the year 1976, with the support of the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India, New Delhi. It is an integral part of IIT Bombay, and operates with an "open access policy"
