Re: NATA Age Limit
The National Institute of Advanced Studies in Architecture (NIASA) organizes National Aptitude Test in Architecture annually for screening eligible candidates for admission into Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) course offered at various institutes in India. Age limit for NATA: The candidates should have at least 17 years of age to appear for this exam. There is no upper limit specified yet. Eligibility for NATA The candidates should have passed Higher Secondary Examination (HSE) or its equivalent examination from a recognized University or Board or Institute to apply for this exam. The candidates currently appearing for the 10+2 exam are also eligible to attend the exam subject to some terms and conditions specified by the authority. Here I’m attaching PDF of NATA exam brochure: Pattern of NATA The exam comprises of three sections. The first section includes a drawing paper of 120 minutes duration and the second section includes a computer-related online aesthetic sensitivity exam of 1 hour duration. The questions of the second section are of objective type format with multiple choices. There is no negative marking for wrong answers. The third section comprises of free hand sketching questions. The candidate has to obtain minimum 80% marks for qualifying in the exam. |
