The 2016 symposium on Protein Folding and Dynamics by National Centre for Biological Sciences discussed various aspects of the protein folding problem, which continues to remain a major problem in modern science.

The symposium consisted of talks by students and postdoctoral fellows, open discussion of current topics led by students and postdoctoral fellows, poster sessions, and talks by leaders in the field of Protein Folding and Dynamics.

Applications were invited from graduate students, post-doctoral fellows and junior faculty members interested in the topic of the symposium.

Registration Fee:
USD 300 for participants applying from institutions outside India
INR 5000/- for participants applying from academic institutions within India
INR 12000/- for scientists applying from companies within India

The selected participants were required to pay the Registration fee by Bank Demand Draft in favour of "NCBS Meetings and Workshop A/c" payable at Bangalore.
