Institute of Banking Personnel Selection – IBPS conducts Common Written Examination (CWE) for the recruitment of Specialist Officers in various cadres like IT, Technical, Agriculture, Legal, Marketing, HR & Rashtrabhasha in 19 Public Sector Banks, twice in a year.

IBPS Specialist Officer Exam pattern-

Negative Marking:

There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests.

For each wrong question, 0.25 marks will be deducted.

If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.

Total Marks for Common Written Examination is 200 marks

The time duration is 120 minutes.

The exam consists of Objective Type questions.
