Course at Netaji Subhas Open University (NSOU), Kolkata, West Bengal and want to visit campus to submit application form so please provide me address and map for directions and location? Netaji Subhas Open University (NSOU) is the head State Open University in India. Set up by W.B. Act (XIX) of 1997 and Recognized by U.G.C. what's more, DEC. At present, The University is proceeding with its work with 120 Study Centres. In not so distant future more Study Centres will be opened with pushed on "meeting the neglected" especially the burdened division of the country group and minority with use of IT.
