| Nitin Sharma | Re: CET PHD Avadh University The Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University, Faizabad conducts the common eligibility test for offers admission in the PHD course Eligibility :- The applicant must have Master’s degree in relevant subject (See List of Subjects in Table-1) with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent Letter Grade/Grade Point under the Seven Point Letter Grade Scale lay down by the UGC. 5% relaxation in minimum marks at PG level shall be given to SC/ST and physically handicapped/disabled candidates. Examination Fee:- Rs. 800/= for General/OBC candidates and Rs. 400/= for SC/ST candidates. Scheme of Test:- The Common Eligibility Test will be based on Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) and shall have two papers as detailed below- 1. Paper-I:- This paper of 2.00 hours duration will contain 100 MCQs based on research aptitude and general awareness and will be of 100 marks. 2. Paper-II:- This paper of 3.00 hours duration will contain 200 MCQs based on Subject knowledge and will be of 200 marks. |
