The institute aim is to offer the quality education to student. The institute offers master course in design. Course offered: MA in Social Design Duration: 2 &1/2 years Type of Course: full time Selection procedure: Selection of the candidate in course based on the entrance exam, according to entrance exam seat is allocated to students. How to apply: Applicant needs to apply with duly filled application form and all required documents. School of Design (SDes) MA in Social Design admission test paper 1. Observation, recollection and analytical abilities: 2. Articulating in detail, various stages of any given processes, activity etc. involving experiences, objects and mundane processes in everyday life. 3. Analytical and articulation ability Defining of specific words given in terms of their meaning/s. 4. Basic representation skills and idea of scale and memory: Drawing of some day-to-day objects with above criteria. 5. Identification, observation and visual and textual description on environment around AUD campus. Identifying specific elements, systems or services that are stated in the test paper from around AUD campus. 6. Imagination, anticipation, scenario building and thinking in future: Projecting the possible scenarios about some critical societal issues in emerging future. 7. Grouping qualities or attributes to people, environment, systems, networks, products etc. Matching the list of attributes against given list of - people, environment, systems, networks, products etc. The above will be the second component of three components process for admissions and will be held on 8th July 2013 from 10AM. Details of the schedule are being worked out. The Intent Proposal and Interviews form a part of three components and are already explained in the SDes Programme Bulletin.
