The Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) is one of the five Central Armed Police Forces of India, raised on 24 October 1962, under the CRPF Act, in the wake of the Sino-Indian War of 1962. The details of the Recruitment of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) for the Diploma holders are given below : Name of the Posts Constable (Tradesmen) No. of position: 496 Education Qualification: Interested applicants should have passed 10th/ ITI/ Diploma from recognized Board as per post applied. Experience: (for Constable (Tailor Gardener & Cobbler posts only) Two years work experience in concerned trade Or One year certificate from Industrial Training Institute/Vocational Institute with at least one year experience in relevant trade. Or Two years Diploma from Industrial Training Institute in the trade. Selection Process : Candidates will have to undergo the following process to get selected: Height Bar Race Physical Standard Test (PST) Trade Tests Written Test (OMR Based) Merit List Pay Band: Candidates will be appointed on pay band of Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs. 2000/-.
