| Harsh Pandit | AIIMS Phd Stipend I am student of PhD in All India Institute of Medical Sciences AIIMS Delhi and want to know the stipend offered by the institute to PhD students? All India Institute of Medical Sciences AIIMS Delhi is a medical college and medical research public university based in New Delhi, India. The Institute was established in 1956 It operates autonomously under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. At present, research scholars get a stipend of Rs 16,000 for the first two years and Rs 18,000 for the next three years. The stipends, supposed to be revised every three years. The UPA-II government offer research scholarship of Rs 45,000 per month for post-doctoral students of AIIMS. Eligibility Criteria for AIIMS Ph D Test Masters degree in bio medical science related subjects Post graduate degree in nursing Master of surgery Doctor of medicine Also a candidate should have more than 55%marks in the MBBS exam.
