The master's degree programme in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations (HRM & LR) offered at the TISS Mumbai campus is known to be a prestigious programs in the field of HR in India. It is rated as "AAA" as per T.I.M.E B-school ranking for 2012. It is ranked 1987 according to the 2016 University Web ranking. The TISS is recognised by the World Health Organisation as a collaborating Centre for Health, Policy Research and Training.
