I will let you know TOEFL score requirement for EDIC Computer and Communication Sciences course conducted by École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne so that you can have idea.

Documents required
Grade records for all years of all attended universities, at undergraduate (BS) and graduate (MS) levels
Diplomas, as far as already available
CV
Statement of objectives (in English)
A copy of your passport or official identity document showing your name in full.

Score Requirement
Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) C1, TOEFL paper-based 600, TOEFL computer-based 250

TOEFL Internet-based 100, TOEIC (L & R) 850, IELTS (academic) 7, Cambridge Advanced Certificate (CAE), Michigan ECPE. Other tests of equivalent level may be accepted.
