Odisha Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts written exam for following posts Sub Inspector of Police Deputy Subedar Station Officer Seregeant of Police Preliminary Exam Pattern & Syllabus :- -It consists of 100 multiple choice question of One hour duration. -There are 1/4th negative marking for each wrong answer. -The question are related to general science, current events of National & International Importance, History of India & Odisha, Fundamental of English Grammar, Arithmetic of HCS Standard, problem solving & reasoning. -The qualified candidate will be invited for Physical Efficiency Test. Main Test Pattern & Syllabus -The main exam contains three papers & one extra paper for Station Officer. -The total marks for all posts except station officer is 300.
