| Garima Chauhan | Re: Sectional cut off in SSC CGL Exam No, there is no sectional cut off in the Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level (SSC CGL) Examination, but there is an overall cut off which have to clear in order to get selected. There is only one verge one need to be over i. e. cut off which is total minimum score out of all the sections all together so there is only final cut off. In SSC CGL Tier-1, the cut-offs are decided on the basis of combined marks obtained by different candidates in all subjects i.e. Reasoning, English, Maths & GK. SSC in Tier II will fix cut off score for each paper as well as in aggregate.
