The National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) has published the fee structure 2017-19 of Full Time Post Graduate Programmes

Post Graduate Programmes Fee Structure 2017-19

At the time of admission

a. Tuition Fee : Rs. 2,10,000
b. Admission Fee : Rs. 16,000
c. GST @18% on (a + b) : Rs. 40,680*
d. Security Deposit : Rs. 3,000
Total : Rs. 2,69,680

Within 7 days of the commencement of Term III.

a. Tuition Fee : Rs. 2,40,000
b. GST @ 18% on (a) : Rs. 43,200*
Total : Rs. 2,83,200

3. Within 7 days of the commencement of Term V.
a. Tuition Fee : Rs. 2,40,000
b. GST @ 18% on (a) : Rs. 43,200*
Total : Rs. 2,83,200

Within 7 days of the commencement of Term VI.

a. Tuition Fee : Rs. 2,10,000
b. GST @ 18% on (a) : Rs. 37,800*

Total : Rs. 2,47,800

Grand Total : : Rs. 10,83,880

Hostel and mess charges are additional.

*The present rate of GST is @18% (with effect from 01 July, 2017). The Institute
reserves the right to collect or reimbursethe extra amount of tax by whatever
name called from/to the students in case the Government changes the applicable
GST.
